Sub Creator is a free alternative for Sub Machine, Captioneer, Brevidy, etc... It's an Adobe Premiere extension for generating subtitle MOGRTs or native Premiere subtitle tracks from an SRT file, a Whisper transcription, a WhisperX precision transcription, or Whisper + SRT alignment.
